List of documents

Sample list of documents requested by the Seller from the Buyer when concluding a Foreign Economic Contract.

Please provide legalized (properly certified copies) of the documents establishing the rights of the legal entity required for conducting business in the legal entity's country of registration, and the document granting the authority of the person signing the contract.

These documents may include:

1. Certificate of registration of the legal entity;
2. Certificate of registration with the tax authorities (taxpayer identification number);
3. Extract from a register of legal entities (trade register, etc.);
4. Charter (statute, memorandum, etc. defining the competence of the managerial bodies and its structure);
5. Order or protocol of the founders on the appointment to the post of director (if the contract is signed by a director), or a power of attorney for the person authorized to sign contracts and other documents.
